Lilly kidded today and she also was breed to Rex. She had two nice bucks and all are doing well. She had a traditional buck and a black headed buck. Yet again this year the black gene has been produced in Rex's kids. We have had a least one black headed kid each year from Rex since we have had him.

We had our first kids this year sires by Rex. Star had two big girls and they are all doing fine. I hope to get some pictures in the next few days and post them in the 2010 KIds album in the "Barn Yard".

We will be offering our February kids for sale in April after weining. Pictures and prices will be posted on the For Sale section of the "Barn Yard page. If you see something that you are interested in please feel free to contact us. All of the kids are eating hay and grain and really growing fast.

We are done with our first round of kidding and expect the next wave to start in March. We will be having kids sired by Ruger and Rex at that time. We can hardley wait to see what Ruger gives us as far as color. All the other kids are doing well and growing fast. They keep their moms on their toes and are wide open all the time.

It has been a little busy here this week with all the snow and does deciding to have kids on the snowy days. We had a set of twins born on February 2nd from Tina. She had a solid red doe with white ankle bracelets and a traditional buck. Jelly had a set of triplets today during a down pour of snow. She had a paint buck, a traditional buck, and a traditional doe. If there is time this weekend and we are able to get around the 30" of snow they are calling for I will try to get some pictures and put them in the "2010 Kids" album.
